I can’t say enough great things about this company. While I didn’t work directly with kayla, she was friendly and attentive. Kyle was absolutely fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about how he worked with the rest of our vendors, and it was an absolutely perfect alternative to a true videographer. Actually, I think it was better! Kayla and her crew helped keep our wedding smooth and worry free! We had the added complication of an island wedding and doing the majority of the prep work ourselves. Our wedding would not have been the best day of our lives without Kayla, simply put.
When we were first connected, we had already confirmed almost all of our vendors so we decided to go with the day of coordination package. It seemed better for our needs since we were doing a laid back wedding and we mostly needed help with set up. Let me tell you, what Kayla ended up doing for us was SO MUCH MORE than set up.
Two weeks before the big day she swooped in and immediately took control of everything which instantly put us at ease. Fast forward to 3 days before our wedding and a hurricane was set to hit us perfectly on Saturday. 35-40 mph winds, rain all day / night, and a high of 50 degrees, at a completely outdoor wedding set in the beautiful mountains of Maine - a wedding that would have been completely ruined if not for Kayla. She texted me at 1pm on Wednesday asking what I thought about moving the entire wedding up a day or back a day, as Friday + Sunday both looked beautiful. Since we had people coming for a Welcome Party on Friday we ended up trying to see if we could move the vendors up a day since that would be the easiest for the guests.
In less than 48 hours, she worked tirelessly all day and night to move 12 vendors and make our day happen. We lost 3 vendors entirely, one being the photographer! She is so well connected that she found us a new photographer with 1 day’s notice, a new makeup artist, and a new bakery for the desserts. She handled all of the communication, logistics, and then moved her schedule around so that she could be physically be there, instead of one of her staff members.
Oh and I forgot to mention that the same day she texted me about moving the wedding, I was laid off from my job at Google and secretly 14 weeks pregnant which we were planning on revealing to all of our friends and family at the wedding.
It feels like you could not make this story up, and you truly couldn’t, but somehow Kayla pulled everything off and we had the best wedding ever. I could go on and on about all of the little details she executed, but moral of the story is that everything was seamless, she alleviated all of my stress, and the day was perfection.
Everyone commented constantly how amazing our wedding was and they are still talking about it! We felt vindicated when Saturday’s hurricane was in fact awful, and our wedding would have definitely been ruined.
This was all a testament to Kayla not only being incredibly talented, but also so passionate about what she does. I am floored and forever grateful for how much care she put into our wedding. She really did the work of the full wedding planning (in under 48 hours).

She made the wedding day a breeze by reaching out to vendors ahead of time, helping set up every DIY project I created, and even coordinating a last minute indoor ceremony due to rain. Kayla is an amazing party planner. She helped me plan my daughter's baby shower, which took as several months. Kayla helped coordinate this event, provided detailed agenda of the day and took care of phone calls for all services involved from catering, bakery, and photography. During the day of our event, she made sure everything moved along smoothly which allowed me to enjoy this day. She also helped decorate the venue which was done beautifully. My husband and I took on the daunting task of trying to plan a wedding ourselves. We got through all of the vendors, picked a place to have the wedding, and picked our date. As we got about 3 months out, that’s when it hit us — we really didn’t know what else needed to be done!

We had many phone calls before our event where we discussed exactly what we needed and what Kayla and her team could accommodate. She took over all of our vendor communication, which was very helpful as well. We did not truly know how lucky we were until our wedding day came - Corey (our day of coordinator) was FANTASTIC.
I truly could not have gotten through my wedding day without her. From all of the uncertainty with the rain, the tent company delivering the incorrect number of chairs, and coordinating with all of the vendors as they showed up — everything went so smoothly!
There were a few other things that went wrong on our wedding day (as is always the case) but Corey made sure I didn’t know about it unless I needed to, and was absolute perfection in handling whatever came her way. Her staff member Amanda was also so helpful — they took everything down at the end of the night, and did everything possible to make sure that I got all of my deposits back from the various vendors, and making sure everything was nice packaged away.
I could not have been more happy to work with Kayla and her team - they are truly wonderful people to work with, and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Where do I even start with Kayla? Where is the button for 6 stars?
I can’t recommend this girl more. I don’t want to say I’m a difficult bride, but I for sure was, the last couple of days. I literally freaked out 2 days before our wedding due to a mishap with a tent location. Kayla handled it. She calmed me down, and she was willing to just listen to me freak out because I was beyond stressed.
Day of the wedding, she knew everything. Not once did she say, “ Uhm, let me find out”, she knew immediately, and got everything and everyone in their places. Even helped me right before I walked down the aisle when my dress broke. She was so smooth when helping my bridesmaid “Ice” the groomsmen for their entry. (They had no idea it was coming.) She hustled and got everyone we needed for the photos.
On top of all of this, she still managed to get pictures of everything I didn’t get to see ( cocktail hour, my signs for the ceremony site etc). It literally brought tears to my eyes. She handled my rowdy bridesmaids and groomsmen during rehearsal like a champ.
If you don’t hire this girl, you are crazy. If you are a stressed/anxious person in general, hire Kayla. If you are working 2 jobs and don’t have time for much, hire Kayla. Even my husband noticed how much she did, and how on point she was. ( And guys don’t typically notice/know any of this stuff wedding day).
I promise, you won’t be disappointed. Hire her.
