Hello, My name is Kayla!

I am the Owner and Founder of Kaylas Kreations. With over 11 years of experience in event management throughout Maine and New England, I have successfully coordinated and styled more than 400+ events across the region.

Additionally, I regularly facilitate content days tailored for wedding vendors, models, photographers, and venues. My passion lies in creating memorable weddings and events that leave a lasting impression.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I am a mother to a wonderful 8-year-old daughter, who shares my enthusiasm for event planning and decoration. My personal interests include hiking, dancing, appreciating the charm of mason jars, and crafting exquisite charcuterie boards. This year, I have embarked on a new venture by starting a garden and raising farm animals.

FULL PLANNING EVENT WEEKEND

This is great for a destination wedding!

  • 3 full planning events in one weekend (Ex: Friday. Saturday, Sunday)

    • This can include rehearsal dinner, welcome party, wedding day, farewell brunch

  • All 3 events are 8 hours each day

  • Sourcing rentals

  • Communicating, booking and securing all vendors

  • Creation of timeline/schedule for all 3 events

  • Creation of vendor information sheet for all 3 events

  • Venue logistics

  • Unlimited check ins (calls, texts, emails, FaceTime)

  • Content creation service throughout the weekend ​

Package starts at $8,500 and up + Travel & Lodging. 

 

*Any additional hours are $150/hour for coordination.​

**Guest counts over 50 - 1 event staff will be required to be added on

**Guest counts over 100 - 2 event staff will be required to be added on

**Guest counts over 150+ - 3 event staff will be required to be added on to accompany planner for 8 hours

DAY OF COORDINATION 

You will be provided with an on-site event coordinator for your big day up to 10 hours (time for whatever you choose for start to finish) to help with:

  • Vendor recommendations

  • Timeline creation

  • Vendor Information sheet creation

  • Monthly check ins 

  • Work with vendors prior to the event to finalize details (2 weeks prior to the event). 

  • Scheduling needs and ensure they know the day's timeline.

  • Ensure all the details are done upon arrival; ceremony, cocktail space, reception area and afterparty location by all vendors that are assigned the tasks.

  • Final decor set up (lighting candles, signage, guest book table, assisting florist with floral placement, setting up cake/desserts).

  • Support with the ceremony processional and introductions into the reception.

  • Ensuring the entire day flows smooth and being the point of contact for all vendors.

 

​(if you are looking for a full set up: tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, plates/silverware/glasses, etc. staffing add on/extra coordinator hours will be needed).

Package starts at $2,500 and up + Travel. 

** if your venue requires a coordinator for the entirety of the event (start to finish) hours can be added on.

 

*Any additional hours are $150/hour for coordination.

*You can add on month prior coordination to this package for $500 (check in with vendors, final details, securing timeline/schedule and any last-minute troubleshooting)

**Guest counts over 150+ - 3 event staff will be required to be added on to accompany planner for 8 hours

Rehearsal add on is available for $500 (you will have an onsite coordinator for 2 hours) along with pre planning of vendors as well as a timeline.

FULL EVENT PLANNING

Full Event Coordination Services means you are ready to PARTY! You will have a coordinator to help with:

  • 10 hours of event coverage on the day of the event

  • One site visit

  • Development of timeline/ schedule

  • Creation of a vendor information sheet

  • Reviewing floor plans

  • Working with a budget

  • Reviewing all vendor contracts with couple

  • Unlimited check ins, calls, texts, emails 

  • Rehearsal supervision (2 hours)

  • Working with all vendors/venue to finalize the timeline/ schedule and all final details.

 

Package starts at $4,500 and up + Travel.

EVENT STAFF

Our Event Staff can do it all. Set up, decorating, prep/plate/warm for appetizers, serving cocktail hour or dinner (buffet style or plated meals), clearing tables, moving tables & chairs, direct traffic/parking and clean up after the party. Event staff can also be hired to set up/decorate the day prior to event or for take down the day after the event. Staff can also dog/pet sit, staff security or babysit.

Staff is $75/hour * We do have a 6-hour minimum when hiring event staff.

BAR SERVICES

All beverage services are managed and coordinated by Kaylas Kreations. All beverages are dispensed by “servers” without charge to guests and paid for and delivered by event and wedding parties. Kaylas Kreations does not allow self-managed, cash bars or BYOB. All events serving alcohol must obtain liability insurance.

With Kaylas Kreations, you get a special part of a beverage package by having a bar coordinator to help you in the planning process for 5 hours to help with ordering, drink counts, menu ideas, set up and more.

Add ons include champagne pour, ice pick up/delivery, hot cocoa bar, mocktails, barbacks and staffing.

*Kaylas Kreations holds general liability LLC insurance as well as liquor liability. All Servers are trained in TIPS and ServSafe certified.

Package starts at $1,500 + travel.

SOCIAL MEDIA/ MARKETING

Basic: $300

This package includes:

2 blog posts a month or 1 blog post and 2 social media posts for the month OR sharing business on social media, in social media groups, re-accommodating business and outreach.

Bronze: $400

This package includes:

2 blog post of your choice, 1 social media post a week, 2 goal meetings/check ins, optimize your Facebook/Instagram, monthly reporting and review

Silver: $650

This package includes:

3 blog posts, 2 social media posts a week, 3 goal meetings, support with messages, inbox responses, support with messages and emails, monthly reporting and review

Gold: $1,300

This package includes:

4 blog posts, 3 social media posts a week , 4 goal meetings, support with messages and inboxes, support with bookings and emails, an event (online, in person, sale, etc.) planned by me or one project and monthly reporting and review.
