Services
Deep Clean: windows (insides), bathrooms, dusting, floors- vacuum & mop, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, dining room. Up to 6 hours with 2 cleaners $500 with a 50% deposit ($250)
*** any additional hours will be $60/hour per two cleaners
Full House Organization: up to 6 hours of organizing cupboards, closets, shelves and surfaces $500 (2 cleaners) $500 with a 50% deposit ($250)
Regular Weekly/ Monthly Clean: dusting, vacuum floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, Lysol and sanitize $300 with a 50% deposit ($150)
Up to 5 hours with 2 cleaners
Construction Clean: vacuuming of sawdust (typically takes 3-5 passes), all surfaces, mop floors, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, dusting.
Up to 6 hours with 2 cleaners $800+ (depending on size) with a 50% deposit.
*** any additional hours will be $60/hour per two cleaners
Commercial flip/ turn over: $350-500 (depending on size) with a 50% deposit.
Up to 6 hours with 2 cleaners
With two staff
Hourly cleaning rate is $60/hour (for 2 cleaners) with a 50% deposit.
Add Ons: (to any of the packages listed above)
Walls: scrubbing + washing of surface walls up to 6 hours $300 with two staff
Laundry services: up to 6 loads with two staff $150
Pets: feeding, bathroom, walk $100 per two pets
